Our CONSD 11th Step Zoom group, facilitated by Kathy Mendoza, is for those who are participating in Twelve-Step recovery programs. With the 11th step, one seeks “through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we [understand] Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.” The sessions begin with Centering Prayer, followed by a 30-minute period in which participants “share experiences, strength, and hope.” This 11th Step group meets on Fridays at 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
